USA Boot Company was established in 2012 when company president William M. Kratt purchased the former footwear manufacturing company, Tarkman Associates Inc, from his father and business partner. In 2001, Tarkman Associates purchased the property of a former local footwear manufacturer. The acquisition allowed production of PVC overshoes and overboots to resume in La Crosse, WI.
USA Boot Company is proud to continue a tradition of manufacturing PVC overshoes and overboots, one that has thrived in La Crosse, WI for over 50 years. USA Boot Company continues to focus on providing quality footwear, proudly made in the USA.
